Terms of use

About the site

degen-lab.com presents the games of Degen Lab, a game studio. Degen Lab does not take bets and does not hold player funds. Its games are played on Stake, which is operated by Medium Rare N.V. under its own terms and licence.

Who can take part

You must be 18 or older, or of legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, and gambling must be legal where you are. Read our responsible gambling page before you play.

The crates program

• A bet on a Degen Lab game earns a crate when it pays at least 100× the stake, for a win of at least $5.
• The bet must be submitted from your profile within 7 days of being placed, from the Stake account linked to it. Each bet can earn one crate at most.
• You can earn up to 3 crates in any 24-hour period.
• A crate holds either nothing or a Stake tip sized on the win, up to $100. Tips are sent by hand to the Stake account linked to your profile.
• Crates have no value other than that tip and cannot be transferred. The program can be changed or ended at any time.
• Degen Lab can refuse or cancel crates in case of abuse, such as using several accounts or submitting someone else's bets.
